Your content

We process account, workspace, project, media and transaction records to operate the service, deliver generation and exports, provide support, prevent abuse and keep financial records. Workspace media is not a public gallery by default; access controls and expiring links limit access, but recipients with valid links should treat them as confidential.

Model processing

Confirmed generation sends the required prompt and references to the selected provider. Configured routes may use the operator's relay service, OpenAI, DeepSeek, or Kie and its underlying model services. Their processing locations and retention terms vary; do not assume a US-only processing guarantee. Square handles payment processing; do not email full card details to us.

Analytics

Optional analytics require consent and exclude prompt text, email addresses and reference images from analytics events. Operational alerts are limited to service condition codes, not customer creative content or credentials. Contact support for privacy questions or correction requests.

Export & deletion

Use Settings to request a data export or deletion. The current deletion workflow has a 30-day cancellation/retention window. Disputes and legal holds can delay deletion; necessary ledger, audit and anti-abuse records may be retained separately from creative content. Backup copies are not erased immediately with an online deletion. If a backup is restored, applicable deletion requests must be reapplied. We do not promise instantaneous removal from independent provider systems. Contact info@plottofilm.com to discuss a specific request.
