Your creative rights

You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process and publish your content, including relevant likeness and voice permissions. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, fraudulent impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitation of children. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before publication. AI output may be inaccurate, similar to other output or inconsistent with your references; no exclusive copyright, perfect character consistency or particular commercial outcome is guaranteed. We may restrict access to investigate abuse while preserving necessary accounting and dispute records.

Generation approval

Each generation requires a server quote and your confirmation. The quote identifies the selected model and authorized credit ceiling. Confirmation reserves credits; settlement follows the recorded task outcome. Cancelled work that was never submitted releases its reservation. Submitted work may incur supplier costs. If supplier acceptance is uncertain, the task is held for reconciliation rather than silently resubmitted. Selected candidates and human approval are separate actions. Export resolution does not imply a higher native generation resolution.

Service availability

Configured plans and providers determine available capabilities. Demo mode is explicitly marked and does not represent live model output.

Plans, renewals and cancellation

Creator costs USD29 per month with 2,000 monthly credits, Studio USD79 with 6,000, and Production USD199 with 16,000. Subscriptions renew monthly only with your explicit consent at checkout. Cancel future renewal through Billing, or contact support if you cannot complete cancellation there. Paid-cycle access continues to the stated end of the cycle. Monthly credits do not roll over. Separately purchased top-up credits survive membership expiry. A 1,000-credit top-up costs USD20 for nonmembers or USD15 during an eligible settled paid membership period. No automatic top-up is enabled. Review the final amount and any applicable taxes shown before paying; a redirect alone never grants credits.
